SEN Teaching Assistant – Wool (Ad Hoc Supply Work)
Pay: £85–£95 per day | Flexible working | Immediate start available

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, ad hoc work in the Wool area? Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team, providing day-to-day support in local schools.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their working week, values flexibility, and is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether you’re looking to gain more classroom experience or balance work around other commitments, we have opportunities to suit you.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and communication needs
• Assist class teachers with implementing support strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Adapt to different school settings and year groups
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

About You:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable
• A patient, caring, and flexible approach
• Confident in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion
• Able to travel to schools in and around Wool
