Your Day-to-Day

• Support pupils during lessons and encourage active learning
• Work alongside teachers to deliver fun, engaging activities and interventions
• Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Help create calm, organised, and inspiring classroom spaces
• Be available for both pre-booked and short-notice cover days

About You

You’ll shine in this role if you:

• Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar classroom role
• Enjoy supporting pupils of all ages and abilities
• Stay calm, positive, and adaptable in busy classrooms
• Have great communication and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, flexible, and open to last-minute opportunities
• Hold (or are happy to apply for) an enhanced DBS and have the right to work in the UK
