As the SEN consultant for the East Riding of Yorkshire, I am looking to expand by bank of Teaching Assistants for short term and long term supply to work within SEN Schools.

As the ideal Teaching Assistant, you should:

  • Be pro active, enthusiastic and committed to the needs of the pupils
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as a Degree or Teaching Assistant certificate
  • Be flexible to work in a range of settings at short notice
  • Have previous experience supporting those with ASC, SEMH, MLD or Behavioural Difficulties

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
