We’re looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN/PRU Secondary School in Sherbourne. This is your chance to help students 11–16 years old to overcome challenges and thrive in a supportive, trauma-informed environment!

What You’ll Do:

• Support teachers in creating a safe, positive learning space
• Work with students facing SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
• Help deliver tailored interventions like emotional literacy, mentoring, and sensory activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Resilient, patient, and compassionate individuals
• Experience with SEMH and SEND
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations calmly
