Our partner secondary schools are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Teaching Assistants to join their teams from January 2026. About the Role

As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide tailored assistance to students, including those with additional learning needs
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of young people
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Who We’re Looking For

Experience working with young people is preferred, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
