Job description

SEMH Teaching Assistant REQUIRED - MUST be available FULL TIME - Monday to Friday.

 Location: Ely, CB6  
 Pay Rate: £89.38 - £100 per day (dependant on experience)
 Contract: Full-time / Long-term / Temp-to-perm

MUST DRIVE 

One of our partner schools is looking for teaching assistant's to join there team as soon as possible. The school specialises in supporting boys aged 5-16 years, who have an EHCP for social, emotional and mental health needs. 

The Role

Support pupils with dysregulation, SEMH and challenging behaviours.

Work flexibly across classes and age groups depending on need.

Help maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions.

About You

Experience supporting children with SEMH and/or challenging behaviours

Calm, patient and resilient under pressure

Flexible, adaptable and a strong team player

Passionate about helping every child succeed

Has a love for being outdoors.

Someone who can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.
