About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Crosby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally those with SEN.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
• Relevant qualifications or experience in education support.
