Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

✨ Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
✨ Support the teacher in setting up lessons and daily activities.
✨ Supervise and assist children during playtime and lunch breaks.
✨ Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need extra help.
✨ Encourage confidence and learning through fun and creative approaches.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and fun.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with children (e.g., babysitting, coaching, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
A child-enhanced DBS and EWC registration (or willingness to obtain these).
