If you have a Teaching Assistant qualification or have gained experience as a Teaching Assistant then we may have the perfect role for you! Teaching Personnel are excited to announce we have just signed a partnership with The Consortium Academy Trust in Hull. We are exclusively working with six secondary schools around Hull, these are:
- Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College
- Cottingham High School and Sixth Form College

Working for The Consortium Academy Trust would therefore require you to be flexible to be a TA in all of the six schools if required. Depending on where cover is needed would decide which school you would be working in.
As a Teaching Assistant on supply you may cover day-to-day, short-term or long-term bookings, depending on the needs of the school. It is desired that the TA has their own vehicle and full valid UK driving licence to travel to these schools. Your day to day role will vary, you may be hired to work as a 1:1 TA with pupils who have challenging behaviour, special educational needs or are of lower ability and need support to increase their grades. You may also be required to support the class teacher and whole class, supporting students who need additional assistance and be kept on task.
If you're interested in becoming a Teaching Assistant in these schools please send an up to date CV and covering letter to Sara Baron.
