Salary: £13.75 per hour

About the Role

Join a brand-new, purpose-built special education school in Salisbury, dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for pupils aged 4–16 years old with a range of SEN needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Behavioural and learning difficulties

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with experienced teachers and senior leaders to provide tailored support, helping students thrive academically and emotionally. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting SEN (in education or other settings)

  • Comfortable working across different age groups and adapting to varied needs

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 08:15 – 15:00
  • Wed: 08:15 – 16:00
  • 12.07% holiday pay

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
