Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certification

Skills:

Job Duties:

  • Supporting the teacher in delivering educational activities
  • Assisting students with learning tasks
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certification

Education:

  • Minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certification

Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of teaching methods and approaches
  • Ability to work effectively with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and time management abilities
  • Patience and empathy towards students

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in SEN support

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
