The School:
One of our client schools located in Lambeth is looking for a experienced behaviour support assistant to provide 1:1 support a year 1 pupil. This role is to start ASAP.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with severe Autism. The role is located within a mainstream primary school located in Lambeth.


The pupil in question is has spent most of the academic year working on a 1:1 basis and suffers with severe social anxiety and low self esteem issues, therefore the ideal candidate will have had experience working on a 1:1 basis with children/adults with similar tendencies. It is essential that the successful candidate has had a minimum of 12 months experience working with challenging pupils, and where applicable had a Team Teach Qualification dated within the last 3 years.


This pupil has severe behaviour problems and has been known to be physically violent and verbally abusive. They need a firm but fair support assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
