Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a Cache Level 3?

Are you seeking a full time role for after Easter Half term?

We are looking for someone who is attracted to the prospect of working in an exciting environment, support and possibly lead activities with young pupils and other staff members. Essentially be a play leader whilst providing high-quality, fun approach to learning. Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to work within a primary school within the Hounslow Area.

The ideal candidate:

  • Level 3 Qualification or above; CACHE, BTEC or NVQ in childcare
  • 6-12 months experience working with children across EYFS, KS1- KS2
  • Has an understanding of play based approach to children's learning and development
  • An understanding of the Primary Curriculum
  • Able to display consistent good practise and work in a positive manner
  • For your passion of childcare to be shown through day to day activities
  • To be able to show initiative and approach tasks creatively
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Provide high quality childcare
  • To be able to work as a team
  • Be available 5 days a week.
  • Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
  • Assist on pre-opening stages and support the Senior Management Team
  • To be able to plan and observe for your key children
