Are you looking for a new challenge supporting young people in a unique educational setting?

I am looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a Pupil Referral Unit with four sites in Manchester. This role will involve working with the pupils in the classroom, in extra curricular activities, and on a pastoral basis. If you have a back ground in sports coaching, as a prison officer or as a counsellor, I am keen to hear from you.

These pupils have been excluded from mainstream education, and may display challenging behaviour, so resilience and the ability to work creatively are essential.

  • Child DBS on the update service, or a willingness to gain one
  • Resilience, creativity and an ability to work well under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
