Teaching Assistant - Autism Focus - Additional Training Provided - Wimborne - Easter Start

Are you a highly-reliable and ambitious Graduate who is interested in working with children with Special Educational Needs?

An opportunity has arisen for a dependable and hardworking Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant within this state-of-the-art all-through school.

Working and developing your skills alongside a team of teachers and multidisciplinary professionals you will assist with the teaching of children who have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

SEN Teaching Assistant - The Person:

  • 1st Class or 2:1 Graduate - Ideal for Psychology Graduates
  • It is essential that you are dependable, consistent and highly reliable
  • Eager to be involved in additional professional training and development sessions
  • Previous experience is preferred, but is not essential

SEN Teaching Assistant - The Role:

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Students aged between 5-18 years of age
  • Working alongside the class Teacher to deliver intervention sessions
  • Students with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD and some SEMH
  • Full-time, long-term, £54-£70 per day
  • Early Easter 2019 start
