Teaching Personnel are working closely with an SEN Primary School in Ashton-in-Makerfield to assist with staffing changes. The school is specifically looking for an experienced Primary SEN TA to support a Year 3 pupil, who is currently working at a 4 year old level. This pupil has SEN including ASC, SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

A CACHE Level 2/3, experience working within a primary setting, excellent classroom based references within the last 12 months is essential for this role. This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Primary school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour. The role is to start after February half term.

Your responsibilities will include:
*To encourage pupil to join in with all activities and to take a full and active part in school life.
*To prepare, modify and adapt resources and learning materials for the pupil as agreed with the class teacher and other professionals.
*To assist in resolving any behavioural, social and emotional difficulties which may arise
*To encourage the pupil to develop a positive self image, and to develop confidence in their abilities and communication with other children
