Would a full time or part time long term supply position by something that could fit around your lifestyle?

In the last three years, the Primary branch at Teaching Personnel have continued to develop strong relationships with a number of client schools across the Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen areas. This has enabled a number of teachers to work on a flexible and temporary basis in Primary settings across a variety of year groups. If this is something that you will be interested in from September then please read on for more information.

To support the work we have had this year I am pleased to point you in the direction of our GOOGLE REVIEWS page which has been populated throughout the year with positive feedback from candidates who have enjoyed working in Schools at Teaching Personnel. TAKE A LOOK!

There are over 100 schools across Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen who use Teaching Personnel on a weekly basis in order to cover staffing needs and solve recruitment issues. This year has seen a peak in teacher placements and with this even more client school conversions. The work will vary from; on the morning supply work to long term staffing absences so be prepared to discuss your availability and suitability for a number of job roles.

The process for registration is quick and efficient. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who will take care of you through the process and ensure you are fully vetted to work in schools with children. The process will involve a full career history check and references. You will also be expected to have a DBS with the update service on CHILD WORKFORCE ONLY.

If you are contemplating a move away from the permanent teaching slog and you still have plenty to offer in the classroom then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your options. You may also be newly qualified and be looking for a quick route into employment, working through an agency may be ideal as well- we have had a number of teachers who have taken advantage of this and successfully completed terms of their induction.

The Lancashire office is based in Preston, near to the Docklands in Ashton on Ribble, however the work we have will be spread across a number of postcodes from BB18 to FY4. The schools we work with will vary as well; from C of E, to Catholic to Community Schools.
