Are you a qualified Teacher seeking work in the Leyland area?

Are you comfortable delivering a range of subjects to KS2/3/4 pupils?

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Leyland based School which provides education and support for KS2/3/4 pupils who have SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and pupils who display challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average and the pupils in School will often display particularly challenging behaviours.

The role will require you to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who need assistance either academically or with their behaviours. The role will also require you to assist the teacher with the planning of lessons and you may be expected to deliver lessons from time to time.

The candidate must be a qualified Teacher and have experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours and/or have SEN. The candidate must be willing to work full time and must be willing to work with pupils who display very challenging behaviours.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
