Job description

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a Chorley based School who are looking for a Teacher to deliver a number of subjects to KS3/4 pupils who have behavioural difficulties. The School is smaller than average and pupils in School will display challenging behaviours, many of the pupils in School also have SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and ODD. The pupils in School can no longer remain in mainstream education and candidates interested in this role must be empathetic, hard working and looking for a long term career in the SEN sector.

The School are looking for a qualified Teacher who ideally has experience delivering core subjects. The role may require you to deliver a number of subjects but you will definitely be expected to deliver English, Maths and Functional Skills. The candidate must be hard working, be used to differentiating work for different abilities and have experience working with pupils with SEN.

The candidate must be willing to work with pupils who are challenging in their behaviour and ideally the candidate will hold their Team Teach qualification but this is not necessarily essential.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 64 per day
