Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working with SEN schools in your local area, who are currently looking to expand their staffing team with SEN trained teachers.

As the successful Teacher you will need to;

  • Be a fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education
  • Have SEND experience
  • Have the ability to prepare, plan, deliver and mark
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and use a variety of teaching strategies
  • Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Possess the passion to teach students with low ability

In order to register with Teaching Personnel, candidates are required to have Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service. All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course through Teaching Personnel, or provide a relevant safeguarding certificate during your registration process. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
