Teacher of Science - Gainsborough

Are you a teacher with Qualified Teacher Status?

Are you looking to work within a secondary school where you can excel within a reputable department?

Our client secondary school in the Gainsborough area is looking for a strong, confident Science Teacher to join them after Easter to work on a long term, full time basis. This school are looking for a teacher who can exercise good behaviour management skills within the classroom and ensure students stay on task.

The successful candidate must be able to teach general science to GCSE whilst also teaching their specialist area to KS5.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be passionate about teaching and learning;
  • have experience of working in line with the national curriculum;
  • be able to give examples of their work raising pupils attainment;
  • be highly motivated by children's success;
  • be able to plan and mark to a high level.

The school is an OFSTED 'OUTSTANDING' setting whereby every child is encouraged to enjoy and achieve in all of their endeavours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
