Small mainstream, co-educational Secondary school, for pupils aged 11-16, located in Bolton are seeking a skilled Teacher of Science on a full time basis from September 2019. The Secondary school has just over 500 pupils enrolled and is situated in Farnworth, Greater Manchester, near to public transport links and the M60/M61. The Secondary school is located at the heart of the community and caters to a diverse community of young people.

  • Promote the school's vision, aims, objectives and values.
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
  • Effectively teach the National curriculum within the school's Teaching and Learning Policy.
  • Develop schemes of work, resources, teaching and learning strategies, contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of all pupils.
  • Plan, Prepare and Assess Class work, in accordance with Senior Leadership Teams.
