The School
-Graded as 'Good' in their most recent OFSTED inspection
-Outstanding Leadership Team who offer continuous support throughout all places
-Previously offered a number of agency staff a permanent contract
-Caters for students that have been excluded from mainstream schools, or who are unable to access mainstream education
-Class sizes up to 8 students, with Teaching Assistants to support and plenty of 1:1 and intervention teaching

The Job Role
-To help improve student's attainment levels and build their academic confidence
-Plan lessons and track pupil progress on a regular basis
-To encourage whole class participation, by creating diverse lessons
-Be committed and dedicated to help your students achieve their maximum potential

The Ideal Person
-Will hold Qualified Teacher Status, or Overseas Equivalent
-Be available to start immediately, or be seeking a September opportunity
-Be enthusiastic and charismatic with a passion to helping students achieve
-Hold a Child Only DBS that is registered to the Update Service, or be willing to applying for one through Teaching Personnel

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
