The role

Teaching Personnel are aiding recruitment for their MFL department, requiring an ambitious MFL teacher with specialism ideally in French or Spanish. It would be advantageous if you have experience in, or are confident to deliver 2 languages to KS4 level. There is an opportunity to progress to second in department with an interim role should you wish, owing to a maternity cover looming. The school are happy to support NQTs or experienced teachers in this role and welcome all applicants with the right attitude, knowledge and passion to apply for this role.

The school will aid your teaching through curriculum framework, modern facilities, welcoming classrooms and support across its academy trust. The freedom to teach with creativity to engage and encourage its pupils would allow you to progress further within your career, which will be further supported through the schools CPD academy.

Applicants for this role should be:

  • Qualified Teacher with UK QTS or equivalent
  • Experienced in delivering your subject with a proven track record for increasing attainment
  • Looking to progress within their career with the support of coaching and an established CPD academy
  • Excellent at behaviour management
