Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently searching for passionate and confident individuals who live within the Harrow area to join the local schools.

Potential candidates should have UK QTS or the equivalent and are comfortable working within both KS1 and KS2.

We are looking for individuals that have:

  • Proven successful experience of working with children
  • A clear knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum across all of the Primary sector
  • The ability to engage and encourage relationships with staff and students by being approachable
  • Variety of working between KS1/KS2
  • A good command of the English language - written and oral

The role:

  • Temporary to permanent position
  • Your own dedicated higher level teaching assistant
  • Competitive pay package starting from £140 per day (depending on experience)
  • Dedicated consultant who deals with each borough so you are guaranteed a bespoke service
  • Mobile app and online access monitor your diary and control when you work

Whist we are looking within the Harrow area we have positions available with schools across West London which we are taking applications for. All schools with multiple public transport options, with some schools providing on site parking.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
