Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with a large Multi Academy Trust located throughout Lincolnshire and as a result of this we are in search of a number of quality teachers to work in these schools on both a short term and long term basis.

We are looking for Teachers who can evidence high quality practice with the ability to plan exciting, engaging lessons and be a reflective practitioner. We are seeking enthusiastic and resourceful candidates, who are willing to be good team members and represent Teaching Personnel in a positive way. The ideal candidate would have good diary availability.

Our ideal Teacher will be;

  • An enthusiastic and resourceful individual
  • Able to teach EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Committed to raising standards and attainment through high quality teaching
  • Resourceful, planning exciting and engaging lessons
  • Knowledgeable about current assessments across Key Stages
  • Knowledge of SATs and phonics schemes would be beneficial but not essential
  • Access to a car

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
