Are you a fully qualified teacher looking for a brand new challenge in a Primary or Secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are working with an SEN Ofsted "Oustanding" school in the Bournemouth area who are seeking fully qualified teachers or experienced Teaching Assistants to join their team. The school is a mixed ability, SEN Primary school, teaching young people from 5 to 11. The school puts great emphasis on a healthy balance between academic work and the all-round development of children making it an excellent environment for students, parents and staff.

Pay Rates

Pay Rates for these positions range from; £9ph for Teaching Assistants, £100 - £110 per day for Teachers & £60 - £80 per day for Cover Supervisors.

We are looking for various fully qualified teachers with either specialist subjects or General Teachers who are confident in teaching in an SEN environment.

About the role:

  • Hours of work are from 0820 - 1530 during term time
  • Based in Bournemouth & Poole
  • Various full time and part time placements (various subject areas,) starting ASAP
  • Working as part of an "Outstanding" Primary School

The ideal candidate will have:

  • UK recognised teaching qualification, or Teaching Assistant CPD
  • Experience teaching their specialist subject up to GCSE level
  • A innovative and passionate approach to teaching
  • Strong behaviour management skills, confidence working in this environment

Ofsted has previously praised the school for the high achievements of its students, the quality of teaching and the excellent support given to students with special needs therefore any SEN experience is favoured.
