Are you a qualified teacher experienced or interested in teaching children with autism and Education Health Care Plans (EHCP)?

Do you have what it takes to develop creative and engaging lesson plans for small groups of children and build positive relationships with children, parents and staff?

Want to work in a fun, challenging and rewarding working environment as part of a strong, supportive team?

If you said YES, you could work as special educational needs (SEN) Teacher in Hayes End teaching children in Special Need Schools, SEN units or Additional Resource Provisions (ARP).

We work closely with a highly accredited primary school nestled between Northolt and Hayes and Harlington station in Hillingdon who are looking to appoint three teachers to start immediately for new classes to open in September 2019.

They are looking to appoint qualified Early Years or Primary trained Teachers and training specific to special educational needs and teacher support will be provided in house. So if you are a mainstream trained teacher please do not hesitate to apply for this position.

Roles are full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 to start from the 23rd April 2019 and the school will be holding immediate trial days for successful teacher applicants.

If you have experience or feel confident in at least 3 of the following bullet points please get in touch:

  • UK based Early Years or Primary level teaching experience
  • Autism, speech and language or Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) experience
  • Resilient, pro-active and outgoing personality
  • Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Special Educational Needs teaching experience
  • Newly Qualified Teacher Status (NQT)
  • National Curriculum - Primary level
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
  • Team-Teach, MAPA or Positive Behaviour Support
