A Primary School in Accrington have reached out to Teaching Personnel to help them source a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant. The role is to support the After School Club working approximately 3 hours from 3:15 till 6:15, Monday to Friday.

This role is perfect for those who are perhaps already doing a welfare job at a Primary School and are looking to pick up something extra. The School is a small one form entry school with the majority of children from an Asian Heritage so there is a high amount of children with English as an additional Language.

The Head Teacher has stated that the general behaviour of the school is fairly challenging, due to this she has said she would like to employ a Practitioner with fantastic Behaviour Management who can engage and motivate positive play and learning. The school is a 'Good' School as rated by Ofsted.

The salary is based on a 2.5/3 hour position held Monday to Friday, and depending on experience, this could vary between £8.40-£10.50 per hour. Additional salary may increase depending on the interest of welfare.
