Teaching Personnel are expanding and are looking for new, exciting, innovative Teaching Assistants to join our workforce and get your ideal role.

We're currently looking for Teaching Assistants who have experience working 1-1 with challenging behaviour in the Cardiff area. This could be in a classroom or could be through other experience.

We would like to introduce you to high achieving schools whilst giving you the opportunity to gain experience and of course earn money. If you have experience working with challenging situations, have a calming nature and are able to tackle difficult behaviour then we have the role for you!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
