Job description

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Multi-Academy Trust who is seeking a Support Worker this term. The school believe that every child should be given a chance, no matter the difficulties they face in life. This specialised school is dedicated to providing the right support to their students and are currently seeking individuals who share the same values and vision as them.

The school believes that every child deserves the best possible education to enable them to make good progress and achieve their full potential. As a member of their team, you must be extremely passionate about supporting children with additional needs, more specifically, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). The school are not just seeking a Support Worker; they are searching for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about supporting the holistic needs of SEMH pupils.

The ideal Support Worker will be:

  • Passionate about supporting individuals with additional needs such as Social, Emotional and Mental Health
  • Confident in meeting the holistic needs of pupils with SEMH
