Job description

Due to the increased amount of business, Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Tutors, Exam Invigilators and Cover Supervisors to work in York and surrounding areas.

We are looking for staff that could work on a flexible basis in York, Selby, Boroughbridge, Malton and surrounding areas. If you would like to work at our client secondary schools in the area as a Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Tutor or Teaching Assistant then please keep reading.

You will ideally be available between 3 and 5 days per week, and have some experience in working with children aged 11-18 years old. A flexible and resilient attitude is essential! Each day will be different. You will be working in different classrooms across secondary schools, Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Or you will have a long-term role where you support a specific set of students throughout their studies.
