Teaching Personnel are working closely with schools across Milton Keynes & Bedfordshire who are seeking enthusiastic and committed Supply Teachers for cover for the remainder of the academic year.

Due to the growing demand of our clients, we are looking to recruit a number of reliable teachers with strong behaviour management who are available for daily / short term supply or long-term absences.

We will work around your schedule and preferences, so whether you are seeking a day's work here and there, or something more regular and consistent we will do our very best to help you as a teacher. Being a supply teacher allows you the flexibility to arrange your own work schedule. You will be able to decide which days you wish to work and the level of commitment you are able to offer based on your circumstances.

The work on offer is very flexible and works to your availability and preferences. Working as a Supply Teacher gives you the opportunity to build relationships within local schools, learn new teaching techniques and develop different behavioural strategies.

Assignments vary from day to day bookings which can be on the day or booked in advance. Longer term part time assignments with minimal planning.

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Recent experience teaching English in a mainstream UK secondary school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
