Supply Teaching - Guarantee work scheme - Skegness
Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
I am currently looking to appoint experienced teachers in Lincolnshire looking for the flexibility of supply work to join Teaching Personnel on our Guaranteed Work Scheme.
Our Guaranteed work scheme gives you the guarantee of being paid each week, whilst keeping the flexibility of day-to-day/short term supply work.
Simply agree with your Recruitment Consultant which and how many days per week you are available and wish to commit to our GWS. In committing to work exclusively through Teaching Personnel on those specified days, we will guarantee to pay you for every day less one (per week), even if no work is available. In order to be paid for not working you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme.
The successful applicant would posses the following skills and attributes:
- A positive can-do and flexible working attitude
- Recent experience working in secondary schools
- The willingness and means to travel between 0-40 miles
- Available for work on the morning
Desirable:
- Able to teach Maths, English, Science and/or PE
- A recent DBS registered to the update service (we can do this for you if you don't currently possess one)
- Experience teaching all age groups in secondary school
- Available 3-5 days per week in term time
In return we can offer daily rate of between £120-£150 (depending on experience and qualifications) so a possible guaranteed income of up to £2500 per month, variety of work and schools, weekly pay, exclusive CPD and more.
The Benefits of the Guaranteed Work Scheme
- Assurance that you will receive work in schools
- Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one) that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme
- Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies
- Minimises your payroll and tax administration
- Ensures you are constantly promoted to schools when you are available for work.
This can often result in you being matched with a school that you go on to work at on a longer term or even permanent basis (if this is what you are seeking).
We work with many schools on a first call agreement, making us the agency of choice in Lincolnshire. Please contact me today to make an application or discuss further details
