Supply teaching assistants required

Teaching Personnel are looking for supply teaching assistants to work within the Ealing area.

The Role:

On a daily basis you will be supporting pupils who require additional emotional and learning support within a school environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is compassionate and has had previous experience working with pupils in KS1 and KS2. You will also thoroughly enjoy creating a fun learning environment for all students and has some experience leading. The role will adapt to each school's individual needs, we are looking for someone flexible and looking to gain valuable experience within local schools.

The School:

This school is a two form entry school based in the borough of Ealing and are active social citizens in the community. Having received a new budget in the last academic year this school has placed it's focus on the delivery of the curriculum to the pupils. Also ensuring that staff are kept up to date with the latest CPD courses encouraging career development. The school delivers a high standard of teaching accredited by Ofsted, where pupil's satisfaction is at the forefront of the school's ethos and values.

Competencies:

Teaching Assistants who are looking for a career change or a new opportunity:

  • CACHE Level 3
  • Willing to work alongside SEN pupils
  • Previous experience working in a primary school

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
