Supply teachers needed to work in Secondary schools located in the Spalding area. If you are looking for flexible supply work between 1-5 days a week please apply today to register an interest. Teaching Personnel support 8 secondary schools in the Spalding, Bourne & Boston area with their day to day and short term supply staffing so will be able to provide regular and flexible work for you.
The role of a supply teacher involves covering a schools permanent member of staff taking on their timetable and workload for the day, ensuring that students remain on task and complete the work set by the absent teacher.
You will need to have good classroom management to engage students and a flexible attitude as you will be working across subjects, year groups and schools. Working as a supply teacher provides the opportunity to continue your passion for teaching but in a much more flexible basis without the added pressure of planning and marking.
To be eligible for the role of supply teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status in the UK, suitable references and be eligible for a fully enhanced DBS certificate.
