Supply Teachers
South Manchester

Teaching Personnel are looking for qualified teachers from all subjects to join our partner schools in South Manchester on a flexible basis.

Due to the UK teacher shortage and a rising number of pupils entering our client schools in South Manchester, Teaching Personnel are looking for teachers of all subject specialisms to support our client schools on a short term flexible basis.

Teachers will be required on a short term basis ranging from 1-5 days dependant on your availability. You will have access to your own online availability diary allowing you to choose which days you want to work! You will be responsible for delivering work across a variety of subjects and abilities as and when required. Work will be pre prepared by the absent teacher and therefore no planning or marking will be required for this role.

Providing 1:1 and small group support may also be required in addition to assisting in SEN and behaviour support. We are looking for resilient teachers with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.

Once introduced to our client schools, Teaching Personnel are able to offer temporary to permanent contracts for any vacancies that our client schools may have. This would entail working on a temporary contract with a view of becoming permanent member of staff.

Qualified Teacher Status is desirable but we also welcome applications from unqualified teachers, cover supervisors and candidates who have experience in youth work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
