Job Type: Part or Full Time - Flexible around your availability

Pay: £120-£150+ per day

Location: Milton Keynes (MK1 - MK17)

Start: February 2024 onwards

Job Description: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation with plenty of benefits including weekly pay, greater working flexibility, and a personal consultant! You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging classroom environment, fostering a love for learning, and helping students achieve academic success. Your role may include, but is not limited to:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching approaches.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

The ideal Supply Teacher will have the following credentials:

  • QTS (at least 5 years experience supply teaching if no QTS number)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Appropriate teaching certification or license.
  • Background teaching at Secondary level
  • Adaptable personability and friendly approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
