Your new company
Although we are in uncertain times, Teaching Personnel are the leading education recruiter and therefore work with several schools throughout Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. We will get through these challenging times but are looking to be as prepared as possible for the schools returning and as a supply teacher you must BE PREPARED too.

Now the schools are back open there is an increase in demand for Secondary Supply Teachers to work in and around the Tunbridge Wells area. We are set up to register new candidates remotely, meaning when can get the ball rolling with your registration immediately.

Your new role
Joining Teaching Personnel as an Supply Teacher you will be responsible for managing classrooms in Secondary schools on a daily and/or long term basis. You will be responsible for managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained and ensuring all pupils are completing the required work. Ideally, you will regularly be in the same schools which will be based throughout Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, therefore will build strong working relationships with schools and pupils.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position you will be a Qualified Teacher or have experience in the past 5 years of working in a School setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
