KS1 Cover Teacher

Good Catholic Primary School near Kirkham requires a KS1 Cover Teacher

Experience in a KS1 classroom is a necessity

Work as a dedicated supply teacher

Excellent location for commuting

A GOOD Catholic Primary school, near Kirkham, have approached Teaching Personnel in order to source a strong Year 1/2 class teacher who can cover a medium-long term sickness starting from November 2021. The role will continue for as long as the sick note continues (possibly long term). The school is located a couple of miles from the M55 and so it is easy to commute from areas such as Preston, Blackpool, Chorley and Leyland.

The Head teacher has stressed that the school do have a strong Catholic ethos and would expect any teacher arriving in school to uphold and respect this. It is not essential that you are a practicing Catholic to secure this role, however, it is essential that you have a good knowledge of the Catholic Ethos as well as experience in either a Year 1 or/and Year 2 class.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a possible long term role in an Ofsted graded GOOD school. Behaviour is Outstanding and the ‘teaching staff in school are very supportive’.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
