Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher or Fully Qualified Teacher? Are you seeking work this academic year? Have you considered working on supply? Would you like to work as a Supply Teacher?

Teaching Personnel work with Primary, Secondary and Special Education Needs Schools across the East Riding and the Yorkshire Coast. Specifically, we are recruiting Teachers, both newly qualified teachers and fully qualified teachers, with varying subject specialisms to work on a supply basis in Secondary Schools. As a supply teacher you will be required to work across schools within your catchment area on temporary assignments. In particular, I am recruiting for supply teachers who could work in Bridlington.

Working as a supply teacher means you will be available to cover day-to-day, short-term and long-term bookings. You may therefore be required to cover absence due to periods of sickness, training days, school trips, maternity leave etc.

Being a supply teacher will enable you to manage your own time and availability. You therefore have the opportunity to work part-time or full-time depending on prior commitments. If you are a supply teachers who are seeking full-time work and are flexible to travel across the East Riding of Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Coast, you can be considered for Guaranteed Work Schemes. It is also possible for temporary positions to become permanent depending on the teacher and the needs of the school.

To be successful in these positions you must therefore have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Subject Specialism
  • Proven teaching experience
  • Flexibility to work across schools the East Riding and Bridlington
  • A good sense of humour
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
