Calling all supply teachers, Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you!

  • Flexible Supply teachers required for Salford based Secondary Schools, from February 2019.
  • Must hold QTS to be considered for the Supply teacher role.
  • Opportunity to work in various Salford Secondary schools.

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with an abundance of Salford Secondary schools throughout the academic year to provide, day to day and medium term supply teachers to work in our client Secondary schools on an ad-hoc basis. Leading our teachers, support staff and graduates to further discover and develop their experience as a practitioner.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to cover across the subject board is highly beneficial, alongside strong behaviour management skills. You will be expected to promote a growth mind-set to ensure all pupils remain engaged.

Duties will include but may not be limited to;

  • Delivering engaging, pre-planned student centred lessons across the National Curriculum at Key Stages 3-4.
  • Strong behaviour management skills due to the nature of the role in accordance to school behaviour policies.
  • Uphold school values and ethos in a professional capacity.

Salford can be accessed via the A580 (East Lancashire Road); Bolton, Bury, Trafford. There are also various public transport options available with links across Greater Manchester.
