Teaching Personnel is seeking flexible supply teachers to work across Trafford and the surrounding areas, providing support where it’s needed most.
This role offers complete flexibility, making it perfect for those who prefer not to commit to a full-time position or want greater control over their schedule. Every day will bring new challenges, so adaptability is key as you work to meet the diverse needs of pupils. To be considered, you must be a fully qualified teacher with up-to-date knowledge of the current national curriculum.
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Exceptional classroom practitioners
- Experienced in teaching within a classroom setting
- Able to adapt quickly to different environments and pupil needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Covering lessons for absent teachers due to sickness, appointments, or other reasons
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and engaging pupils in their learning
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
This opportunity can be tailored to you, with full-time or part-time options available. You can update your availability weekly, allowing us to prioritise placements based on your preferences and year group experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
