Job description

Due to our longstanding relationship with the the Diocese of Southwark, Teaching Personnel hold an exclusive Service Level Agreement with the Diocese and all the schools within it. As part of this, Teaching Personnel's Wimbledon Office works closely with an increasing number of Catholic Primary Schools across London and surrounding areas providing numerous work opportunities for our registered candidates.
The current Service Level Agreement currently in place between the Diocese and Teaching Personnel will run until the end of this year. The current Agreement has been signed and commended meaning all schools will be aware of the agreement and gain additional benefits through using the agency. This, in turn, has a huge impact on the amount of work Teaching Personnel receive in the working week and only means more work for our candidates.
What Teaching Personnel can offer:
- Designated consultant who will genuinely listen to you and try their best to match your working requirements.
- CPD Opportunities, some of which based within Catholic Primary and Secondary Schools. Courses include Effective Behaviour Management, Assessment for Learning and Differentiation, Tracking Pupil Progress and Attainment, Preparation for Teaching and Team Teach Training amongst other courses and Twilight sessions.
- We also offer reduced handover options for candidates working within Catholic Primary Schools through Teaching Personnel, this ensures the candidate can make a smoother transition onto a full school contract.
- Weekly pay (directly into your bank account - no umbrella companies). We are also able to offer competitive rates of pay for work of this nature. Rates of pay for teachers range from £100-£140 per day.
- Flexible work and opportunities from EYFS-KS2.
For further details on our Service Level Agreement and the types of work we can provide within Catholic Primary Schools please contact Rudy Beavis in the Teaching Personnel Wimbledon Office or email a copy of your most recent CV with related Experience across.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
