Supply Teachers in Lincolnshire - Teaching Personnel are the Market Leaders in England and Wales
We place candidates in both day to day cover and long term roles all academic year

The Supply Role:
- Full-time/Part-time
- Flexible, Long/short term work
- £550 - £750 per week
Teaching Personnel are working with many schools in Lincolnshire who are looking for Supply Teachers to cover in the absence of permanent members of staff. The successful supply teachers will be responsible for:
- Delivering pre planned lessons set by the absent teacher
- Supervising classroom readiness and preparing the setting for lessons
- Implementing the schools behaviour policy
- Monitoring students progress
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with staff, pupils and wider community of the school
Successful supply teachers will have:
- UK Qualities Teacher Status (QTS)
- Instructor status - experienced UQT
- Teaching experience in secondary schools
- Up to date knowledge of relevant Key Stages and National Curriculum requirements
- Good behavioural management skills
- Be resilient and demonstrate ability to work in a variety of settings
- Willingness to work in different schools using a variety of procedures and processes appropriate to the setting
- Commitment to good teaching practice and quality supply teaching
