We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is confident working with children who can present emotional and behavioural challenges to support in a mainstream Primary School.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to make boundaries of behaviour clear in a firm and friendly manner, with a robust, professional, yet sensitive attitude.
Experience supporting in key areas such as numeracy, literacy, and a general understanding of current KS1 and KS2 curriculum would make you a Teaching Assistant we are looking for.
It is vital that you have a calm and empathetic nature with the ability to relate to children that may demonstrate extreme behaviours.
A sports background would be beneficial but not essential.
