Job description

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is confident working with children who can present emotional and behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to make boundaries of behaviour clear in a firm and friendly manner, with a robust, professional, yet sensitive attitude.

Experience supporting in key areas such as numeracy, literacy would make you the Teaching Assistant we are looking for.

It is vital that you have a calm and empathetic nature with the ability to relate to children that may demonstrate challenging behaviours.

A sports background would be beneficial but is not essential. Additional training such as Team Teach would also be a benefit, however we run regular courses so training can be provided.
