Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking for strong minded sport graduates to work with a client school based in Newport. The school itself caters for pupils that display challenging behaviour. You will need to engage pupils and keep them on task to meet their learning tasks of the day. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. Candidates will mainly work on a one to one basis, however you may be asked to work in small groups at times. Strong behaviour management skills are required for the role. Team Teach qualified is desirable, however training can be provided. You are expected to work between 8:30-3:30, we offer a competitive rate pay ranging from £54.00-£60.00 a day based on experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
