Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a partner secondary school in Southampton who is currently seeking sports coaches who would be able to undertake cover supervisor work within their school with the support of an extensive cpd academy.
The partner school are seeking sports coaches who have experience of dealing with children, the school is a challenging inner city school and they want to attract those that are able to engage with pupils from challenging backgrounds and are able to make an impact on more than just their academic studies.
The role will entail delivering prepared lessons to secondary school children so this ranges from kids aged between 11 and 16 years old. You do not have to have specific subject knowledge just a desire to want to make an impact and be able to utilise behaviour management techniques.
The successful candidate will:
- Be over 18 years of old, this is a legal requirement due to the nature of the role.
- Hold suitable qualifications such as NGB coaching certificates.
- Desirable but not essential to hold a UK recognised sports degree.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
