Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant Required, Stockport, Greater Manchester
- Full Time KS2 Teaching Assistant Opportunity starting in September

- Experience working with children with SEN would be beneficial but is not essential
Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a ‘GOOD’ primary school in Stockport, Greater Manchester who is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 Team on a full-time basis starting in September.
The school are looking for a recent sport graduate who has achieved a 2:1 grade or higher and is looking to begin their career in education. The successful candidate will work alongside the KS2 Teachers and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator to assist a handful of children with a range of SEN. Ideally, applicants will have prior experience supporting learners with additional needs; however, training and support will be provided where necessary.
This role is to start on the 6th of September 2021 and will run for the full academic year initially. There may be the opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
The school boasts a ‘friendly, supportive senior leadership team’ and ‘children who display a clear passion for learning’. The school are looking for a passionate sports graduate who will be able to hit the ground running straight away.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
